    If you want to be a Computer Games Testers you should know that working hours are long and unsocial. You would have to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You will be working on the computer all the time.

    You don’t really have to have any formal qualification to become a game tester however your gaming skills and knowledge about the games are important in this sector.

    Job Description Summary:

    • Testing the different level of the games.
    • Playing the games all the time to understand the game fully.
    • Make a good comparison against other games in the market.
    • Report any bug or things needs improving.

    What are the average salaries for Games Testers?

    Starting salaries can be between £12,000 and £18,000 a year.

    And if you have experience in playing games then earnings could reach £25,000 to £30,000.
