Can you help me with my covering letter for a catering job in London?
I am not very happy with the one I wrote today so was wondering if you could help me write a new one much better!
The company is a fast food retailer so we should focus on that point!

I would as you say focus on any catering skills you have – or as it is a fast food restaurant, instead of that, focus on your Customer Service skills (so, any face to face contact you’ve had with people – it doesnt even need to be in a formal customer service role. If you perhaps help or volunteer with something through the church (youth group, winter shelter etc?) remember that they are sill “customers” in the sense that they are coming to you for a “service”
