    Duties will include contacting customers and selling service care plans. No cold calling involved. Support both sales and service departments. Gain customer satisfaction insight and follow up all business opportunities
    and report progress to CRM leader. Maintain accurate records. Assist and participate in the preparation of promotional activities, mailing campaigns, showroom displays and training to ensure the success of dealership activities.
