    FCUK Application Form

    To work within French Connection also known as FCUK, you need to have a passion for fashion. If it’s just a general sales assistant role you’re interested in, there’s no need to have any previous experience. If you’re interested in the management roles, you must have some fashion retail experience and management experience is preferred.

    Application

    To apply to work at FCUK, all you need to do is search on their website for any vacancies they may have, they will also list the requirements you need to apply for each role. At the bottom of each advert there’s an e-mail address for you to forward your application form to. It’s also advised to send a copy of your CV and a covering letter along with your application form.

    Interview

    At the interview stage, it’s usually a 1:1 interview with the store manager, although sometimes they may ask the assistant store manager to attend also. Having a smart appearance is a must as you want to come across as professional as possible to your potential employer. They will ask a few questions about your previous experience, they will also want to know how flexible you are as you’re more than likely going to have to work weekends and sometimes late shifts when required.

    Benefits

    As an employee at FCUK, you will be entitled to a 40% discount on all items, other than sale items. You also get a certain amount of free uniform every 6 weeks, this all depends on how many hours you work within the company.

    Salary

    A general sales assistants salary is national minimum wage, which is currently £6.08ph, for an assistant store manager, your salary will be between £20,000 and £21,000pa, and for a store manager, your salary will be between £21,000 and £32,000pa.
