Has anyone applied for the FSA Graduate Development Programme? I am looking for more information regarding the interview process, will there be a phone interview? What sort of questions will be asked?
Just to check by FSA you mean Financial Services Authority? – I wasn’t aware they did a graduate scheme, but that is fantastic if they do
There may be a telephone interview, but I’m going to guess that they’ll like to meet you because you’ve recently graduated and probably have little experience. You may first have a phone interview and then get invited for a face-to-face interview, but appear confident in whatever you do and make sure they know about your qualifications (which are very important at this stage).
