How do I deal with a gap in employment on an application form. Is it better to be honest and say no work was done, explain it was due to having children or just leave it and not draw attention to it?
This can be tricky. It is probably best to not draw attention to it and just leave the gap in the dates on the form. Wait until you are asked about it at an interview before you explain what you were doing in that time. Have a legitimate answer ready!
