How can i cancel my resignation letter notice?

Is there any good way to change or cancel the notice period in the resignation letters?

They usually give two weeks notice in resignation letters.

Firstly you need to speak to your boss or manager about withdrawing your resignation as once it has been submitted it’s a formal document stating your leaving date.

If your manager prepared to cancel your resignation and keep you on then they may simply destroy the resignation letter alternatively you might write something like:

Here is a example letter for you:

Further to our recent discussion I would like to withdraw my resignation. I now expect to remain in this area and look forward to receiving my revised contract.

Please contact me if you have any queries.

OOOOO interesting.  I think it depends on the company and if they want to “keep” you.  I’ve only ever handed my notice in a couple of times, once was because i was moving to a different part of the country (so they couldnt really keep me lol) and the other was when i was changing to a different job.  They got my letter, took me aside and actually asked what they could do to keep me.  I did give them a couple of options, both of which i knew they couldnt do.  I know some people would have said that i should have told them to promote me (mainly why i left to be honest) but that, to me at least, is not the way to go about it (i had tried, several jobs came up i could have done standing on my head but i wasnt given them)
