If you are applying for a job at Tesco using their online job site then it will probably take about 20 minutes to fill in the form and complete the online personality assessment. Once you have submitted the application form Tesco will usually send you a confirmation that the application has been received. If you are unsuccessful you will usually be notified within a couple of days, but if you have been successful they may not get in touch with you for a couple of weeks while they arrange an interview date.
This may depend on the type of job that you are going for. It is wise to spend some time completing the application form as there is likely to be a lot of competition. This means that you may need more than 20 minutes to gather your thoughts and make sure that you give the best possible answers to the questions asked.
