first zara application form is here, and this is the thread for those who will have an interview with zara, pls post your questions or your interview experiences with Zara.
Not having had an interview with Zara its hard for me to comment, however I would say that as I believe they are (or were?) a fashion retailer, then you should be able to show you have fashion knowledge, its likely you would be given a scenario and asked to sell or suggest ways this item could be improved
