Jane Norman interviews are usually based on typical interview questions and of course you would receive sales and retail based questions too.

The company has many high street stores across the country and many of them are currently recruiting. There are ways to apply for their job vacancies. You can either go online to their job site and start searching for current positions or you can visit the store where you want to work and talk to manager.

I find the negative questions at any interview really difficult to deal with. Anything that asks you about your worst attributes. I always wonder whether it is better to prepare an answer like ‘my worst attribute is that i work too hard’ or whether they will see straight through it and be honest instead. I do remember saying at one interview that ‘I talked too much’ but I think they already realised that! Another I said I worked too quickly so was always running out of things to do, which was true but I was not sure if it was the right thing to say. What would you say?
