    The best side of using LinkedIn is allowing you and the employers to find each other without something else to be bridged.

    Having lots of connections will increase your chances of being noticed compared to job seekers that have very few people in their network; just like in the real life.

    I continue to expand my network with new connections everyday, what else can I do?

    Why don’t you join jobseekers groups on LinkedIn in order to learn more and look at things from different angles.
