    Dear Michelle,

    Application for Healthcare Assistant, London

I write in response to the vacancy for Healthcare Assistant advertised on the Job Centre website and enclose a copy of my CV for your consideration.

Having had considerable experience within a busy customer focused industry where I was able to demonstrate my ability to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high standards of presentation and franchise requirements I believe I would be an excellent candidate for this position.

I really enjoy working as part of a team and have considerable cash handling and point of sale experience.

I would be delighted to be considered for this position and hope to hear from you to discuss how my experience could be utilized within this role.

    Yours sincerely,

I’m not 100% about this, but I did hear you need a degree if you want to work in a pharmacy. There’s probably quite a lot of stress put on degrees and maybe experience, so you might want to briefly mention that in your cover letter. Don’t forget it will be on your CV though, so don’t overdo it.
