Hi dear Learnist members!
has anyone had a telephone interview with Lloyds TSB recently?
it would be great to something about it!
Firstly it takes about 30 minutes to complete. They sent me an email to confirm the telephone interview and there was an attachment about the interview and the competency areas that they will be testing. It wasn’t too hard and its mostly competency based.
They are also asking some of those typical, one to one interview questions as well such as tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, teamwork etc.
However i headr that their format has changed for this year.
