I was wondering how much do marks and spencer pay? You can read more about Marks and Spencer jobs.

The company is very popular among the jobseekers that the company is receiving thousands of job applications every week.

Here is an avarage sale assistant salary at M&S (this is completely depending on the location and your position.)

    £5.78/h

Here is an avarage pay for a supervisor at M&S

Are any of you guys working for Marks and Spencer? can you please let us know how much do you get paid?

I am a customer assistant and get paid £6.63. I am only 17 and have been working there two months. I am still classed as customer assistant in training, I believe this increases to £7.20 per hour when finished the training period. Hope this helps

If you are a recent graduate, I would recommend M&S for their graduate scheme. You can learn exactly how the business works, and learn right from the start, moving your way up the ladder. I do hear that they have an excellent management scheme so if you’re looking for a career where you can get right to the top, then M&S will see you right. Also, I’ve heard that they treat their staff incredibly well, which is great of course.

I have also heard lots of good things about being employed by M&S. I was wondering though, whether employees get a staff discount and if so how much?
