    I write in response to the vacancy as advertised on your careers website and enclose a copy of my
    CV for your consideration.

    Having had considerable experience within a busy customer focused industry where I was able to demonstrate my ability to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high standards of presentation and franchise requirements I believe I would be an excellent candidate for this position.

    I really enjoying working as part of a team and believe that leading by example is an excellent tool for motivating staff to perform to the best of their ability.  I have considerable cash handling and point of sale experience.

    I have shopped in Monsoon many times and really appreciate the unique style which the company offers on the high street.  I would be delighted to be considered for this position and hope to hear from you to discuss how my experience could be utilized within this role.

    Great example of a cover letter. Keep it brief – you’re not writing an essay to the employer. They have a lot to go through, so make it stand out and remember that they don’t have all day to read your cover letter and CV.
