Pondland being such a large growing company always have job vacancies open. This will be the usual interview questions, as said above. But you need to make sure when they ask if you have any questions at the end, you have 1 or 2 thought out. Asking them what a general work day consists of is a great one to ask, it shows your interested in the role and gives them chance to chat away. Another one is; If theres anyone in the company who is a star employee, what is it they do differently to others and how can I follow this role. Again this shows your interest, it also shows you want to do well within your role.
