One of my friend will have an interview with Primark next week and he was wondering what type of questions he should expect for his Primark interview!
I googled it quickly and i saw that people who had this interview before say that it’s mostly typical interview questions based so if you take a look at those kind of questions and answers then you should be ok.
Here are some of the interview questions and possible answers that you might receive during your Primark job interview:

Why do you want this job?
What is your greatest strength?
What is your greatest weakness?
What are your salary expectations?
What motivates you?

Don’t dress smartly just a plain top and some school trousers would do. Try and not to say slang words like “cos” and “cos like” I don’t think they like that.

Depending on the store Primark interviews can differ a lot, Should spend some time researching any company your applying for, also make a list of good points and think of some answers to standard interview questions.found this somewhere else;
1) You get given a sheet to fill in first, you get asked about your strengths and weaknesses as a person, prior experience with working as a team, how much you know about Primark and why exactly you want to work for them and what you can offer the company. In the interview, the interviewer will go over your answers and get you to expand on them. As far as I remember, the woman interviewing me had a booklet full of questions and scenarios, she’d pick a few at random and question you on them e.g. you get a rude, aggressive customer who’s totally in your face, what do you do? And some other things that are more company specific.
2) I think it was about £5.85 for the people in my induction that were 18+
I’m not sure about your shift patterns as I only worked 4 hours Saturday/Sunday. There’s usually always over time available if you’re working a close and you could be tidying the shop floor, folding clothes and making sure everything’s tidy for when they reopen in the morning.Good luck 🙂
I would always dress smartly – this doesnt always mean a suit by the way!
Its likely to be the standard interview questions and probably minimum wage which is fine for someone just starting out or needing any job to bring in money. Try to familiarise yourself with the range of products they sell (and i mean men/woman/child approx sizes etc) to show some knowledge as the more knowledge you have about the products/company the less training you will need if successful
