As a Business Solutions Analyst within Royal Mail Group (RMG) you will be joining the organisation at a pivotal point in of our 370 year history as we implement IT enabled business transformation into the organisation.

The Board are putting Technology at the forefront of Europe’s largest modernisation programme in corporate history and as such this role will allow you to put your stamp on the future of the company.

As a Business Solutions Analyst you will undertake root cause analysis using structured techniques whilst having a good understanding of business process and the under technology function. Working closely with other functions, within Commercial IT, will enable you to establish and raise your creditability in this ever evolving area whilst engaging with senior stakeholders and suppliers alike.
