    Selfridges Application Form

    Selfridges is one of the UK’s largest and best known fashion retailers. They recently won the “Best Department Store in the World” award at the Global Department Store Summit in New York. Their London store has the most famous shop windows on Oxford Street.

    You can find Selfridges stores across the UK, where the bring their own kind of magic to each of the cities that possess branches. Selfridges sell all kinds of fashion gear and can always be counted on to have the very latest in fashion trends available in their stores.

    How to Apply

    Selfridges have a comprehensive careers portal where you can find lots of information about working with them. You can use the site to view opening at any of their stores and even apply online. You can also drop your CV and a covering letter into your local store. Be sure to write you covering letter in a formal manner and remember to include all the reasons you would be a good match for Selfridges.

    Interview

    The interview at Selfridges is quite a usually retail interview, with the store manager. Remember your time management skills and try to turn up 5-10 minutes prior to the interview. With this being a large chain of fashion outlets, image is very important to them, so having the right outfit for your interview is a huge part of the whole interview process. First impressions tend to call for over 50% of the interviews final verdict. You will be asked a number of retail questions, asked about your experience and about what’s in this season.
