I’ve been rejected over hundreds of application these few months. I wonder what went wrong with my interviews. They would normally call for a second or third interview but I would never get the job. I wonder what went wrong. I know that I am qualify on paper since they are asking for more interviews. Should I call and ask?
I always call for feedback after an interview, so i can pinpoint where I went wrong, or where I could improve. Most interviewers are willing to give feedback on what they thought of you, and with unemployment what it is, it is important you understand what went wrong, if only for your own sanity!
