It can be difficult if you get turned down for a job, but it can always be good to take something positive away from the experience. All applications and interviews are good practice, but if you do not know why you did not get the job then you will not be able to improve in the future. It may be that you just did not have the qualifications needed or there were other candidates with more experience. However, you cannot be sure that this is the case. Therefore it is always worth asking.

Has anyone learned a valuable tip from feedback after being turned down for a job?
