Spar have put together proposals to turn the old De Vinches nightclub in the West Bay side of Birdport in Dorset into a convenience store and café/restaurant.
The development proposals are currently being considered by the local planning authority, West Dorset District Council, where the consultation period closes on Friday 23rd December to put forward their views. The planning decision is due in January and if approved the development will take some 2 months to be constructed creating about 10 job vacancies.
