Purpose of role: To contribute to the effective performance of the store through efficient supervision of staff, promoting sales and maintaining company standards and service
Reports to: Store Manager/ Department Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Commercial Focus
– Ensure effective operation of the cash points to minimise queues and optimise customer service
– Supervise staff in designated department in conjunction with the department manager to achieve required results.
