    Tesco interview questions!

Interview will start with a quick self-assessment with regards to your health and safety in the store.

Firstly we should let you know that it will probably be a group interview! but of course this is depending on how many applicants are there.

    • You will given a topic to discuss

    • You will be watched about  ability to listen, eye contact, communicating back

Don’t forget trying to be dominant in the group won’t help you!

After your group interview you will also have a one to one interview.

People who had this interviews before say that the weirdest bits are always filling the application forms. Choosing “this is me” and “this is not me” can be very annoying and complicated as they are too many and you just get bored.

It s best to dress smart, maybe black trouses and white tshirt. Nothing too shinny or too short especially for ladies.

    Most asked interview questions are:

    Tell me about yourself
    Give some example of teamwork
Why do you want to work for Tesco
What do you know about Tesco
    Why should we hire you?

You should also try and asnwer those questions

    – What do you think it means to give good customer service?
    – What do you think it means to work as a team?
    – When was the last time you helped somebody?
    – When was the last time you learnt something new?
    – The last time something bad happened to you and you were disappointed, how did you cope with it?

They will email or call you very quickly, if you were “unsuccesful” however this not true for all.

    Interviews usually takes 40 minutes.
