The role is accountable for leading end to end business process improvement and driving solution adoption for assigned service areas. The role will actively assist business partners in prioritizing investment decisions; have accountability for initiating, implementing and managing key programs and projects in line with European growth priorities, program management and architecture standards.

The role will provide technology and program leadership that delivers quantifiable business benefits including but not limited to productivity improvements, cost reduction or sales growth.
