Job Description: Our client is one of the UK's leading and most dynamic and forward thinking leisure and educational training providers. They are currently looking to recruit a Training Coordinator to cover their Wiltshire region.
Overall Purpose
The role involves working with learners either on a one-to-one or small group basis, managing all aspects of the Apprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship frameworks in a variety of disciplines.
Scope of Role
To plan and deliver a range of high quality qualifications in Education, Health & Fitness and Management sectors.
Whilst seeking to identify areas for continuous improvement through creativity and flexibility.
Key Tasks
-Maintain learner caseload to achieve profitability to the Area.
-Ensure learners achieve their framework within their allocated timeframe.
-Ensure learners are visited regularly and no learners’ funding is put at risk.
-To achieve compliance on all auditable Learner paperwork.
-Diary completion and visits programmed well in advance.
-The ability to complete all relevant admin tasks.
