What can I do if my boss does not pay my salary? Can I just quit as I did not get my previous salary even after I asked for it? What can I do? Where can I report it if I still want my salary? Is it wrong to leave the company without words?
Write them a formal resignation letter, don’t give notice though: its not worth spending another day there if they don’t pay. Go to the Citizen’s Advice Bureau, they should be able to advise further about what you can do to get the money – it may involve court.
