What jobs are available with a degree in creative writing?

There are many jobs that just require a degree and so any of these could be available to someone with a creative writing degree. However, if you wanted to use the creative writing side of things, then you would need to look more towards being an author. This would not necessarily mean being a novelist of course, but you could look for opportunities at magazines or newspapers. There would also be many freelance writing opportunities and although a degree is not necessary, you may find that it will improve your chances of getting the job.
