Firstly, never leave a blank space in an application form.  Always write something.  Making a note of a previous employer’s reference may look odd, particularly if you held the position over a year ago.

However, it is not unusual to ask on the application, or in a covering letter that you do not want prospective employer’s to approach your current employer, and as long as you explain why you have put a different referee down they should be satisfied with that.

I expect that the benefits you are referring to are Job Seekers Allowance?  Whether or not your boyfriend attends the TGB course will not affect your Tax Credits or Child Allowance.
You should contact Jobcentre Plus on 0800 055 6688 to discuss the issues.  I suggest that you obtain a doctor’s note with all the relevant details of their recommendation, and specifically stating that you should not be left on your own.  If you give the impression that your boyfriend is keen to go to the training, but circumstances do not allow, they are more likely to be understanding – perhaps rearrange a date to start the training.
I hope this helps, and good luck!

A suit with a shirt and tie, and shoes that preferably aren’t too garish? Men should wear a black suit and women can be quite straight forward and not too short skirts or something.

i am looking for the same thing, anyone please help us outtttt

You will also get your stake back. So with odds of 8/13. If you bet £13 you will get that back along with your profit of £8, providing that your selection wins. Or you’d obviously make a loss no matter the outcome.

Turning weird odds like 8/13 into decimal odds makes it much easier to calculate potential winnings. This is how you do it:

You do both numbers either side of the / divided by each other plus 1. So with odds of 8/13 it will be 8 divided by 13 + 1 = 1.62. So say I bet £63.45 using these odds. My potential return would be 63.45 x 1.62 = 102.50.
