Dear Mr Smith

In response to your advertisement on the Job Centre website, I would like to apply for the position of Office Junior.

The enclosed CV indicates the experience I obtained in an office environment through a work training programme. This experience allowed me to gain an understanding of general office procedures and to develop further my excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, in a real-time environment. I undertook a wide range of office work, such as reception, word processing, booking rooms for meetings and filing.

I work well on my own and in a team and am flexible and reliable. My previous manager commended me on my interpersonal skills and willingness to volunteer for tasks and learn more.
I believe that I would be a great addition to your office team and would fit in well with the company’s values. I am a hard worker, punctual and committed to developing my skills further and building my career through making a positive impression.

I am keen to attend an interview to talk about how I can contribute to the team and I look forward to a reply at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your interest in this application.

Your Sincerely
