Dear Mr Carter,

I am writing in response to your job posting for a Supervisor and I have attached my CV for your consideration. I believe that I am an excellent candidate for this position as I have the relevant experience as outlined in your job description.

I have solid experience in supervising general operations and allocating tasks and resources to meet company goals. This involved coordination and control of activities for several departments, supervision and performance management of up to 40 employees and constantly meeting departmental/organisational targets on time and in good order.
