Last updated : 14 September 2018

Having a great CV is the very first step on the way to a job application. Your CV will get only a few seconds of an employer’s attention and you wouldn’t want your CV to go to bin straight away with a mistake that could have been easily avoided.

Never go personal on your CV so no gender, no age, no photo, no religion etc. (inluding your photo will get your application rejected immediately in order to avoid discrimination accusations.)

Most important rule is not to lie. They will eventually find out.

50% of all CVs received by recruitment consultants / employers contain spelling and grammatical errors.
