As my CV shows, my education and experience as a sales assistant has been geared toward duties as a cashier in providing outstanding customer focused service. Through my training with Top Shop I have experienced cash handling, customer account opening procedures and advisory roles. I had the opportunity to shadow the manager and carry out opening and closing procedures, which included doing the required official procedure at the end of the day to balance accounts. I can handle large sums of cash and numerous transactions in a fast paced environment. As a result, I feel fully prepared to carry out the duties of the Bank of Scotland in a professional, polite and competent manner.
