Working for this large inner city school as a Kitchen Porter my main duties were to keep the tables clear of used crockery and cutlery. I would have to collect the waste to be recycled, and then transit the used utensils to the kitchen for washing, and then replenish the clean supplies back into the dining hall.

January 2008- January 2010

I worked for this large day care centre it was my main duty as Catering Porter to ensure that the condiments were kept in good order, and that all waste was removed from the dining area as soon as possible, and that all dirty dishes and crockery were taken for washing.

Working for this large TV, Film and events company as a catering porter saw me kept very busy on various locations ensuring that all cast members had access to clean plates and cutlery to eat their meals from. I would bus any uses items and fill the washer, then replenish with fresh. I was also responsible for the transit of ingredients to the location, and ensuring that the right stock was allocated to each location.
