Dear Sirs

I would like to apply for one of the positions for catering service personnel as advertised on learnist.org website. I do understand that these jobs will be temporary at the beginning and if you are satisfied with the standard of work, there is a good opportunity for me to become a permanent member of your catering service team who travel to different venues.

I have recently worked at several events in the various food outlets on site and I enjoyed the variety of different jobs. I love assisting the general public to make sure that they have a really good day out. I have worked in the cafes – both serving the food and behind the scenes in the kitchen. I have done bar work and have spent much time in clearing tables and making sure that the area was litter free.

I do have a current food hygiene certificate. I own my car and have a clean driving licence. I do hope that you feel that I may be suitable for your organisation. I enclose my CV and copies of certificates for your information.
