I would like to apply for the position of Architect within your organisation as advertised recently. I am a fully qualified architect with several years’ experience of working in architectural practices since I graduated, and have a broad range of experience covering different types of materials and construction for both short-term and long-term projects.
Specifically, I have worked on new builds for various different sectors, including schools and hospitals and commercial office construction, as well as housing developments in line with the Government’s recent legislation to expand the available housing stock.
I would particularly like to mention one of my achievements, where I was responsible for the successful construction of an office complex including submitting planning regulations and co-coordinating, as project leader, with several different organisations involved in authorising and phasing in the construction, which was on land deemed an area of significant historical importance.
