If you are an Economics professional then you will be interested in business and enjoy researching information and working with figures. You will usually be providing economy advice to government departments, banks and businesses.

You will be working with information and statistics, analysing these figures and being able to present them to people with less knowledge than yourself in a non technical manner. You could have a keen interest in maths or business studies when in an economics type role.

I am an economist and enjoy researching information and statistics to help government bodies make decisions. I provide research from various websites and publications that are released including newspapers and monitor the current trends in economy.

I am excellent at analysing information and statistics and providing reports based on information needed. I am also able to explain this information in a non technical manner and present this information in a report format as required.

I like to keep on top of new policies and how effective they are and what could be changed, I provide advice on the economic impact of policies and I am able to deal with the press and what they want to know for their publications.

I am a hardworking and organised individual who pays great attention to detail in my work. I like to examine the facts and figures that I am working with and present these in an understandable format to the relevant department. I am self motivated and enthusiastic when it comes to economics and like to take a keen interest in the information I am researching and providing as I find this very important.  I am seeking a career in economy and like to learn as much as I can to progress in this area.
