Further to your advertisement in the Yorkshire Post where you are looking to fill several positions of hospitality staff, I noticed that you are specifically looking to employ people who have experience of silver service.
I received training in silver service when I was employed at one of the premier hotels in York. I thoroughly enjoyed that part of the job and although I still continue to act in that capacity during formal dinners and other occasions held at the hotel I would now like to concentrate on that particular aspect of the job.
Your hotel is particularly well-known for its high quality throughout, including the bedrooms, restaurant food and service. I would love to work for such a fantastic hotel which is situated in a beautiful location. I do have the qualifications you requested, and enclose copies of my CV and certificates. I understand that there may be the possibility for promotion to supervisor level within the next twelve months.
