Working for this large global brand as a IT Desktop Support Technician it was my job to provide support on systems we sold to businesses. IF a problem arose with a system I would be available on the phone to provide support to the customer and try and get the problem resolved over the phone. If that didn’t work then I would arrange collection of the unit so that I could inspect it myself.

As a IT Desktop Support Technician in this large high street software company it was my job to advise clients how to use or get the most from their software. If they were struggling too much it would be possible for me to log onto their desktop and take control to ensure that there wasn’t a user related conflict.

January 2007 – January 2008
IT Desktop Support Technician, PC Planet, London
Working for this large PC retailer on the high street it was my job to repair or replace faulty items that we had sold.
