Company Overview: Primark started as ‘Penneys’ in Dublin and 1969 and now has over 250 stores across the UK and Europe. Primark is a fashion retailer and also sells a range of home ware products. It’s well known for its value, offering customers great prices without compromising on fashion.

There is the option to register with the website, or you can simply view the latest vacancies. The ‘search and apply’ link will bring you to a number of search criteria such as job type and location. Entering nothing will bring you to a full list of their vacancies and their location together with contract type. Clicking on each job position ID will bring you to a job description and what they are looking for from applicants.

Interview Advice

Do your research about Primark before the interview, and visit one of their stores so that you get a feel for their products and the fast paced working environment. Be enthusiastic at the interview and think of lots of examples of your previous experience in customer care, and what you learned from this.
