    Interview Advice

Do your research about Primark before the interview, and visit one of their stores so that you get a feel for their products and the fast paced working environment. Be enthusiastic at the interview and think of lots of examples of your previous experience in customer care, and what you learned from this.

Primark have produced some helpful advice about preparing for an interview with them on the left hand panel of their ‘Careers’ part of the website. They may conduct a telephone interview prior to a face to face interview, and they may also invite you to one of their selection events. Interviews will consist of competency based and motivational questions and they give examples of this on their website. It’s important to stress what your responsibilities were and how your actions led to a successful outcome. If asked about what you find difficult about your current role, be positive about the company you work for.

Lastly, Primark receives lots of job applications so think about what makes you stand out and how you will be a great addition to the company.

    Salary

Salary ranges aren’t specified on their jobs website, but think about this before the interview and let the interviewer bring up this topic first.
