    Next Cabin Crew recruitment will start in spring 2013.

    Virgin Atlantic Recruitment Process

    The company does Assessment Centres to choose their best employees.

    Virgin Atlantic Assessment Centres – What they include:

    • Group discussion
    • Role Plays
    • Ability tests, such as numerical reasoning
    • Presentation
    • Behavioural/Biographical Interview

    Biographical interview means they want to discuss your CV, work history and any other relevant information that you provided during your online job applications or think is appropriate to bring up during the interview.

    You and other candidates will be given a task to complete during the group discussions.

    Virgin role play interview will help the company see you in action in a scenario.

    Ability or aptitude tests will take place online or printed papers at the assessment centre. Multiple choice questions will be asked and you will have time to prepare with practice tests.
