Nice example, especially as it shows the NVQ’s in full. Is there a reason no one seems to want to list out the GSCE subjects and grades now rather than putting "4 GCSE’s including English and Mathematics" – just seems strange to me (i know these are examples, and people need to edit to their own satisfaction, but I certainly would want to see what subjects and grades someone had taken at GCSE)

I often wonder whether saying references are available on request is not a good thing to put. Is it better to actually have the references listed on the CV? What do people think about this? has anyone had any experience of leaving this out and it being a problem or vice versa? Has anyone been a position to employ someone and found this to be off putting?
