Santander is one of the largest and most successful financial groups in the world. Application

The application process at Santander is split into a number of different stages. Before you can actually apply for a role within the company, you must take an online test where they will ask a number of questions based on the role you have applied for. If you pass this stage you will be able to complete their online application form.

Interview

The interview process starts off with a competency based telephone interview for most of the roles. This usually lasts for roughly 20 minutes and it gives you a chance to demonstrate to them that you have some of the key skills which they are looking for. You will then be put forward onto a short listing list which can take up to 6 weeks, they will let you know if you qualify for a face to face interview. They will let you know if you have been unsuccessful too, so you know either way where you stand.
