I should like to apply for the role of Building Services Manager as advertised recently.
I am currently employed by a large construction group where I have worked for 3 years. I have a qualification in Building services ( HNC) with a proven background of managing mechanical and electrical installation.
I am a highly motivated individual, with proven management skills combined with the ability to rapidly assimilate project requirements, translate them into practical objectives and manage their execution.
I currently report to the Building Services Manager working with him to aid the procurement and efficient delivery of single and multiple high value Monitoring and Evaluation trade packages. This requires close liaison with the design team, as well as the planning, cost management and quality control departments.
I am now keen to move to an organisation where I can act in a managerial capacity and feel that my experience to date shows that I am now ready to undertake this role.
