At the beginning, you will watch a 15 minute long video about customer service, with many examples of bad customer service. Your group will then be split into two, one half will have a 10 minute interview with a store manager who will be looking to learn more about each of you. You will be asked questions and you will have to imagine you are already a Homebase employee and answer them accordingly. The other half of the group will be taken for a group exercise, kind of like a team building exercise where you will be asked to tell the group your name, your interests etc. You will then have to recall people’s information of what they have said about themselves so do your best to remember as much as you can.
