Work History January 2010 – Present

Senior Account Manager, Markson Stock Trading, London

My position in this high stakes stock trading company was that of Senior Account Manager, meaning I dealt with accounts ranging from £1 Million pounds, up to several Billions. It was my job to take care of my clients, and ensure that they are happy with the performance of their stock, and try and sell them new portfolios. I would often have to present new ideas or companies to a board of clients. I also had to ensure that all deposits were made into the accounts on time.

January 2008- January 2010

Account manager, Rogers Solicitors, London

Working in a small firm of solicitors, in the personal injury claims department, my main duty was to ensure that the entire client accounts that had been paid by the third party solicitor. Of course, in order to get to that point I had to ensure that all the relevant paper work was completed and dealt with, and that my clients were kept up to date with proceedings. I was their main point of liaison with the solicitor handling their case, and would be from assignment to completion.

January 2006 – January 2008

Trainee Account manager, Sea Broadcasting, London

Working for a global brand such as Sea was a fantastic start to my career. I dealt primarily with small companies that benefitted from the entertainment services Sea offer, such as pubs and bar chains ordering Sea Sports so their patrons can watch sporting events. Often I would have to play a retention role as competitors offered the service cheaper, however I rarely lost clients as they knew I took good care of them.
