Nurse CV Personal Profile Example

If you are trained and qualified as a nurse and seeking a new post then you need to be able to detail not only the qualifications that you have done but also the experience you have had through your training and after if you have not just qualified.

Nursing is a very varied career choice and you will be working under pressure most of the time so an employer will be keen to see that you can deal with this and add to your workload easily whilst making a difference.

Personal Profile Example for Nurse

I am a trained and qualified Nurse and finished my qualifications in (what year?) and I am now seeking my first Nursing post. I have enjoyed my training and have done this at (what hospital or setting) dealing with (what kinds of patients and situations).

I have grown up with a nursing background in my family so it was only natural that I wanted to follow in this career choice. I get satisfaction in being able to help patients when they are feeling unwell and vulnerable and making a difference to their recovery period.  I feel that it is important to provide help and advice to patients and their families in these situations and I like to be thorough and explain carefully what patients need to know about their illnesses, injuries or recovery period and I feel that I have gained good communication skills because of my training and time with patients to date and I am looking forward to being able to improve upon this as time goes on.

I am an energetic worker who likes to keep busy and this role is ideal for me. I am keen to work with a variety of patients to learn where I want to be in nursing and the best career choice for me.
